About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Manager in Montgomery, AL. Experience required in Section 8/LHITC Housing program compliance and procedures.
The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 3+ years experience in Property Management and must have a proven work record with Section 8/LHITC and working knowledge of Fair Housing laws. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills required. Working knowledge of Excel and Yardi Property Management software a plus!
